6.2 In the sportsbook, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance is confirmed. 6.3 ez4club reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, or where the outcome was influenced by information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.

8.1 All content on the ez4club Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data feeds, and the overall design and layout — is the property of ez4club or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ez4club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
9.2 ez4club does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. ez4club will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 ez4club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to ez4club, other members, or third parties.
10.2 Where an account is terminated due to a member's breach, ez4club reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the account. Real-money balances (excluding any amounts under active investigation) will be returned to the member via the registered payment method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation period.
10.3 Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ez4club customer support via the official live chat channel. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect on the gaming functionality of the account.
